Oh yeah, I’ve seen that person, always wondered WTF.

She likes EVERY Subaru post, for some reason.

She’s co-hosting a new series on Velocity called Jalop-Star.

My claim to fame is getting a recommendation from Steve Wozniak.

I wonder if there are actual celebrities who do read Jalopnik.

But that actually was Woz, wasn’t it? He’s been known to be on Gizmodo I think

To be fair, that is a very well thought out comment.
I think the only real recognition I ever got in the kinjaverse was a reply from Tony Kanaan on his AMA a year or two back.

Thanks. It wasn’t very well received, but most reasoned replies aren’t.

The interesting part is that Woz recommended it. He was one of the integral parts of the personal computer as we know it today, is it possible he believes that despite his (and Steve Jobs’, obviously) efforts, the personal computing world would still be close to where it is today?

Perhaps. I would take the recommendation of a great inventor over some nattering nabob of negativity any day. The PC was already happening, and would have without the Steves. But it would likely be a much more boring place.
